The infamous 24 Hours of LeMons race team Speedycop & The Gang of Outlaws is once again raising money for The Wounded Warrior Project! The WWP benefits our injured military men and women coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan, as they recuperate and transition to civilian life.
Across the weekend of June 16-17th, the Speedycop team will field a WWP-specific race car at the 3rd annual 24 Hours of LeMons ‘Capitol Offense’ event at Summit Point Motorsports Park. We will provide the race prepped and safety teched race car and full safety equipment to those who donate and wish to race with us. While wounded warriors race for free, donors may strap in and test their mettle with a donation of $100 or more. Stints will be 10 laps on the 2.2 mile Shenandoah Circuit, or roughly 20 minutes of flat-out wheel-to-wheel endurance road racing!
100% of the donated funds will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project!
All donations (monies, equipment, services) are tax deductible!
Speedycop & the Gang will cover all costs that our generous sponsors do not. If you can help by donating goods or services or have any questions on how to contribute, please contact us at speedycop 'AT' comcast 'DOT' net
